Ross was fantastic! After a brief phone call and email, he was able to install all the lighting and power points we needed autonomously. Yes, another five star rating, and so well deserved! Ross is brilliant, his expertise and workmanship is second to none. His old school personalised service was a breath of fresh air. We were involved in every step of the way, and Ross always made sure we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. Our solar and battery system has been running for a month or so, and we have already reaped the rewards from exporting power back to the grid. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Ross, and Fluent Electrical Services to anyone wanting a professionally installed solar and battery system. I would recommend Fluent Electrical to anyone who is looking to go off-grid or install solar. We moved into an off grid property that had major issues with it's batteries. Ross worked with us to find the right solution. He was very professional and provided amazing communication throught the process. He also set up a new solar system (fully off-grid) on a cabin for our father. We are very grateful to have been able to work with Ross and we are now living our dream 100 percent off-grid with two teenage boys (which seemed impossible). At a time when tradies are hard to get Ross was a godsend.He was able to predict what was required, quote and get on with the job almost immediately. He was exceptionally communicative about everything and extremely helpful and totally efficient. It was a big job and in difficult surroundings but nothing seemed to phase him.
